2010 Food and Wine Classic!

November 5th – 7th, 2010

Sip, Sample and Celebrate Southern Oregon’s bounty…Ashland style.
Come experience hands-on workshops, a 3-course dinner watching local chefs prepare each course paired with local wines as well as the Chef and Dessert Competitions showcasing local farms and food artisans. Lodging packages are available for travelers near and far.  Enjoy a long weekend in Ashland with culinary, cultural and outdoor adventures awaiting you….

Friday, November 5th

• 3-Course Dinner at Historic Ashland Armory, 5pm
• Watch as each course is prepared by a local Chef and paired with a local wine

Saturday, November 6th

• Hands-On Workshops 10:00am – 11:30pm, Reservations begin September 1st, limited seating
• Chef Competition including 8 local Chefs competing using ingredients from local farms and food artisans
           Round One: 12:30pm – 2pm, first four Chefs
           Round Two:  3pm – 4:30pm, next four Chefs
           Dessert Competition, 2pm -3pm

Sunday, November 7th

• Hands-On Workshops 10:00am – 11:30pm, Reservations begin September 1st, limited seating
• Chef Competition -
           Semi-Final Round: 12:30pm – 2pm, Final Four Chefs
           Final Round: 3pm – 4:30pm, Final Two Chefs compete for Top Chef title.
